Day 21 of 21
Day 21 — Define your permanent rules
You don’t need the full system every day. You need the rules that keep it working.
Why this matters
You’ve built and tested your system.
But long-term consistency doesn’t come from complexity — it comes from clarity.
Simple rules are easier to follow than full routines.
What to do today
Write your personal rules — the version you will actually follow.
- Define 3–5 clear rules that keep your system stable
- Keep them simple and specific
- Base them on what worked for you
- Remove anything unnecessary
Rule
Keep your system simple enough to follow daily.
Supporting guidelines
- Fewer rules increase long-term adherence
- Clear rules reduce decision-making
- Your rules should work in normal life, not ideal conditions
- If a rule is hard to follow, simplify it
What to expect
You may feel like you’re reducing the system.
This is intentional.
If you can’t follow it daily, it’s too complex.
Complete Day 21
Did you:
- define your 3–5 core rules?
- simplify your system to what you will actually follow?
If yes, Day 21 is complete.
You now have a system you can maintain.
Next, you lock it in — and learn how to use it long term.
